Support
Someone who knows your system answers
Timely, expert support for the applications we build and the ones we have taken responsibility for.
How support works
Clients who need application-specific production support are assigned a designated technical professional, chosen for the technical nature of the application rather than by rota. In practice that usually means the person who knows the system takes the call. Service is a telephone call away.
Around-the-clock support is available through a maintenance agreement, tailored to what your operation actually requires rather than sold in fixed tiers.
Supporting what others won’t
We take on production support for systems that are outside most support arrangements — Clipper and Harbour applications, FoxPro and Access databases, VB6 desktop software, classic ASP sites, and the ageing Windows Server and IIS installations underneath them.
Being able to support something and being able to move it forward turn out to be the same skill. Many of our modernization engagements begin as support calls, when it becomes clear that the answer this time is not another patch.
